Dear New Starbuck Neighbor:

On behalf of the Starbuck Association I would like to welcome you to our neighborhood.

You should have received a Welcoming Packet which will give you a quick summary of some of the pertinent information about Starbuck. Our Welcoming Committee headed by Jan Williams will be pleased to help you feel welcome in our group.

When you bought your home you received from your realtor the bylaws, covenants and articles of incorporation of Starbuck and the master association of Castle Pines Village.

Our Packet contains information more directly related to the operation of the Starbuck Association and includes items such as:

*A phone list of all those living in Starbuck, and emergency numbers
*What to expect from the Grounds Maintenance crew – summer and winter
*The Board and Committee members
*Social items and newsletter
*Payment of dues
*Our website info:
Starbuckhomesassociation.com
*Some of the rules of Starbuck – and your responsibility

We work hard at making Starbuck a good "community" to live in. For most of us this means living and working more closely together than many of us have been accustomed to in the past, when we lived in our single family dwellings. As owners/residents, we have a responsibility to maintain our homes and common areas to the standards set for Starbuck and to respect the bylaws and covenants that protect our quality of living and our investment. Most importantly, enjoy the experience of living in Starbuck. We invite you to participate in our events and gatherings here in Starbuck.

If there is anything we can do to make you feel more at home, please let us know. We are pleased that you have decided to join us.

Welcome!
Dick Angelo, President
