Resolutions 1. Motion was made and unanimously passed that Metropolitan District assume the repair and maintenance obligations pertaining to the roadways of Starbuck as provided in the Roadway Maintenance Agreement dated December 6, 2005. (Approved by the Board on 12/14/06)
2. Motion was made and unanimously passed that the Board of Directors strictly enforce Section 11.10 of the Declaration of Covenants pertaining to animals. This section of the covenants reads: “Dogs, cats, or other customary household pets may be kept on the property provided that no Owner shall have more than two dogs without the written approval of the Board of Directors.” Any owner presently living at Starbuck who has three dogs may not replace the third dog with another dog upon its demise. Any prospective homeowner must be made aware of this covenant before purchasing a home.

3. Motion was made and unanimously passed that the Starbuck Board of Directors restrict individual homeowners from altering, disabling, or in any way modifying the Starbuck sprinkler system in order to enhance their water allotment. This decision was made based on recommendations to the Board. In no way does this resolution restrict individual homeowners from supplying additional water within their lot using a hose end sprayer or like appliance. (Approved by the Board on 12/14/06)
