These plat plans are copies of the ones on file with the County when Starbuck was established. Some might have changed since then, be sure to check with Douglas County if you need to verify.
The plans are for resident use only. NOT intended for legal issues and are public record much like our Covenants, Bylaws, etc. therefore are not password protected.
