1. Communication --- to provide the residences of Starbuck with a newsletter and any other communiqués that will keep everyone informed as to what is happening in our community.

2. Design Review --- to review all requests for any exterior improvements or modifications to Starbuck property. This includes architectural and landscape changes, invisible fences, walkways, water features, hot tubs, storm and/or screen doors and awnings.

3. Grounds Maintenance --- to maintain the appearance of the Starbuck common areas through proper maintenance and to provide association approved services to individual homes. The committee will achieve this mission by researching, recommending and implementing guidelines and standards for lawn care, pine beetle spraying, irrigation and snow removal; organizing and implementing associated projects; and identifying, selecting and managing outside contractors to perform agreed upon tasks at an acceptable level of cost and performance.

4. Landscape --- to plan, plant and maintain community flower areas with the help of volunteers. To work with residents to develop landscaping plans in their areas in order to improve the overall look of Starbuck. To assist residents on xeric planting and noxious weeds as requested. To participate in long range planning for common areas and the planting of trees.

5. Social --- to improve the Starbuck experience by assisting in the promotion of activities that are fun, educational, interesting and which promote fellowship.

6. Welcome --- to welcome new residence to our community and to present them with a new homeowner packet of information pertinent to living in Starbuck and Castle Pines Village. Information consists of the Starbuck directory, a copy of the current Bugle, a list of the Starbuck Board of Directors, the various committees within the community complete with names and phone numbers, a welcome letter from the Starbuck’s Board, information on how to access Starbuck’s website, rules & regulations currently enforce i.e. trash, recycle days, DRC rules, procedures and forms, animal control, etc.
