Pine beetles are always a threat to our trees. We spray for them twice a year to try to keep them at bay, more..... If you are replacing a dead or dying tree or shrub and you will replacing with the same type; NO APPROVAL by DRC is required.

The spot lights at the Point and main entrance to Starbuck are Phillips 60 watts - two inch flood halogen bulbs (PAR16 Flood). The approved mulch in Starbuck is Western Bark medium or small nuggets. (At Wal Mart for about $4.00 a bag) Any kind of stained mulch is not approved within the Village, therefore not approved in Starbuck. | This is APPROVED. | This is NOT |
