The mountain pine beetle is always a threat to our trees. We spray for them once a year to try to keep them at bay. Please learn more about the mountain pine beetle by going here.

If you are replacing a dead or dying tree or shrub and you will replacing with the same type; NO APPROVAL by DRC is required.

Under a state law any digging deeper than four inches must be reported to "Call Before You Dig". 1-800-922-1987

The spot lights at the Point and main entrance to Starbuck are Phillips 60 watts - two inch flood halogen bulbs.

The approved mulch in Starbuck

is Western Bark medium or small nuggets.

(At Home Depot for about $3.50 a bag)

Any kind of stained mulch is not approved

within the Village, therefore not approved in Starbuck.
