Turning of the Starbuck water at the source is needed if there is a gusher and there is no other way to stop it.  If you are unsure if this is needed to stop a leak try and shut off the correct zone first.  Go here for that information.    You must know the location of the THREE Backflow Valves and the corresponding SHUT OFF Valves.   Go here to see the document which will assist you.   If you need to turn the water off, ALL THREE shut off valves need to be turned offed since Starbuck is on a loop system                    OFF                                             ON Note the positions of the levers.
