Thinking about replacing your mulch?? Go here. For a Starbuck Design Review Committee (DRC) application go here. Call Before You Dig now has a simple number to call: 1-800-922-1987. Under a state law any digging deeper than four inches must be reported to "Call Before You Dig".
Starbuck residents, who are considering any exterior changes to their property, will need to obtain approval from both The Castle Pines Village Design Review Committee and the Starbuck Design Review Committee. Pleased start with the Starbuck DRC first, as it will speed up the process. If you are planting a tree or shrub which is dying or is dead, no approval is needed if you are replanting with the same kind of tree or plant.
Need a new mailbox or flag??? Try Accent Mail Boxes at 303-733-3993. If you just need a red flag contact the main Homes Association (CPVHA) and you can pick one up for $15.
If you are unsure where your lot (property) line is - - - see your plat plan here.
If you need to stain your mailbox post, etc. here is the information you will need to
get the CPV/Starbuck APPROVED color. You should be able to take this to any paint store.
If you want to paint your utility posts (cable, phone, etc.) you must use
the approved CPV color, which is flat outside.
