About Us
The Starbuck Homes Association was created on February 4, 1995 as a Sub-Association within the Castle Pines Village Homes Association of 1,100 homes. All 43 homes in the Starbuck Homes Association were built between 1995 and 2001 by Austin Signature Homes of Greenwood Village, CO. There are three models; The Breckenridge, The Durango and The Telluride. Starbuck incompasses 24 acres of which just over eight acres are dedicated to open space. We have our own set of Covenants (in addition to the Main Village).
As a Sub-Association with Castle Pines Village (CPV) our homeowner dues are in addition to the main Village dues. Right now our dues are $155 a month and cover snow removal, irrigation and mowing of the grass and watering of shrubs, spraying of the trees for disease control and other related expenditures. We pay twice a year ($930) for Starbuck dues -- care of The Bottom Line, Inc. (303-660-8939) P.O. Box 441, Sedalia, CO 80135. The Main Association cost ($178 per month) cover security, road maintenance and other related services. To learn more about the Main Homes Association go here. 38-33.3-209.4. Public disclosures required - identity of association - agent - manager - contact information.
THE ASSOCIATION SHALL MAKE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO UNIT OWNERS UPON REASONABLE NOTICE. IN ADDITION, IF THE ASSOCIATION'S ADDRESS, DESIGNATED AGENT,OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY CHANGES, THE ASSOCIATION SHALL MAKE UPDATED INFORMATION AVAILABLE WITHIN NINETY DAYS AFTER THE CHANGE:
(a) The name of the association;
(b) The name of the association's designated agent or management company, if any; and
(c) A valid physical address and telephone number for both the association and the designated agent or management company, if any;
(d) The notice shall also include The name of the common interest community;
(e) The initial date of recording of the declaration; and
(f) The reception number or book and page for the main document that constitutes the declaration. If the association's address, designated agent, or management company changes, the association shall provide all unit owners with an amended notice within ninety days after the change.
(2) Within ninety days after assuming control from the declarant pursuant to section 38-33.3-303 (5), and within ninety days after the end of each fiscal year thereafter, the association shall make the following information available to unit owners upon reasonable notice in accordance with subsection (3) of this section:
(e) The results of any ITS MOST RECENT AVAILABLE financial audit or review; for the fiscal year immediately preceding the current annual disclosure
